The structures meet necessary building and fire codes, <br />2. The structures shall be removed by December 31, 2010. <br />Planning Commission Action emotion by <br />Follow Up <br />Second by Vote <br />Overview <br />The City of Elk River is requesting a IUP to permit the installation of temporary trailers for offices, <br />to allow the City to plan for potential future expansion. <br />Applicable ReQUlations <br />Standards for Issuance of a Conditional/ Interim Use Permit (Section 30-654) <br />The issuance of a Conditional Use Permit can be ordered only if the use at the proposed location: <br />7. lY>ill not endanger, injure or detrimentally a~ect the use and enjoyment of other property in the immediate <br />vicinity or the public health, safety, morals, comfort, convenience orgeneral aa~elfare of the neighborhood or the <br />czty. <br />The trailer does not appear to negatively impact the surrounding properties. <br />2. lYlill be consistent rarith the comprehensive plan. <br />The Comprehensive Plan guides the existing use at Light Industrial.
