The <br />request is specific only to the change of the material for the window awnings. <br />The subject building (CUP and building materials) was approved on February 20, 2007 which <br />included fabric awnings above the windows. The applicant is requesting they be allowed to <br />substitute the fabric with metal standing seam roofing.
