Page 2 of 3 <br />Are you proposing a rent to the City (HI2A) or are asking for free rent? <br />We are seeking a dollar a year lease with the City/HRA. <br />Other preliminary thoughts or ideas. <br />The Arts Alliance is eager to be a part of the revitalization of the downtown ax•ea. We believe that <br />having the arts in the downtown area will help furthering the work already done by the City of Elk <br />River.
