QUALIFICATIONS <br />Appraisal Experience: Presently, and since July of 2003, Molly J. Lewis has been employed <br />as a full time real estate appraiser. Currently a commercial appraiser at Nagell Appraisal & <br />Consulting, an independent appraisal firm (8 appraisers) who annually prepares 1,500 +/- <br />appraisal reports of all types.
