She stated there has been a request from a business recend}= relocated to do~vnto~vn to access the ~vorl:ing capital provision of the Polio}=. She stated if the Council «rere interested in amending the Policy, the nest step in the process would be to call a meeting of the EDA Finance Commttee to review the Policy. I\~Iayor Iilinzing stated it is ~~=orth considering in order to assist dze businesses. Councilmember IvIotin stated he was oka}- i~rid~ rep=ie~ving the Policy but had concerns about propsiding seed capital because the Polic}= was originally created to assist existing business owners ~vho had to operate during the constzvction periods wida the Jackson and Bluff Blocks.
