Identify critical issues <br />3. Set order of discussion <br />4. Explore the issues <br />a. Understand elements of each issue <br />b. Reach agreement on how to address issues <br />5. Review results of meeting <br />6. Discuss Workshop #2 <br />7. Adjourn <br />Ground Rules <br />1. Contributions from all are important and needed <br />2. Listening is a key <br />3.
