He explained that the p lice <br />department sometimes receives 3 - 4 complaints a day for this operation. Chic Beahen <br />noted that the majority of the calls are related to noise and hours of operation, and he was <br />not aware of complaints regarding dust. He stated that this has become a "ho "issue in the <br />neighborhood which needs to be resolved. <br />Chair Stevens stated that the conditions need to be tightened so that they are ~ <br />He stated it appears that certain promises were made to the residents and that <br />be a lot of complaints that need to be addzessed. <br />Commissioner Scott stated that the recent Tiller CUP required hours of opera <br />reduced.
