CU 0 -29. <br />MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br />P 07-10 -Public Hearin <br />Mr. Barnhart stated that the applicant is riequesting approval to subdivide his 6-acre parcel <br />into 2 units; one for the existing house sige, and one outlot. The property has an underlying <br />land use for mining. Mr. Barnhart stated';that staffs concerns have been addr ssed regarding <br />access and there will be no impact to the ?,vetlands. He stated that it is anticip ted the outlot <br />will be further subdivided, consistent wit1D the zoning and comprehensive pla t of that time. <br />Staff supports the request and recommends approval with the five conditions 'sted in the <br />staff report to the Commission dated October 9, 2007. <br />Chair Stevens asked if a tree inventory is equired. Mr. Barnhart stated that a ee inventory <br />is not required at this time. Chair Steven stated that he would like to see a tr e preservation <br />plan, when the outlot is platted. <br />Chair Stevens opened the public hearing. Barnhart noted that since right-of-wa is being requested for the northern <br />Avenue, the administrative subdivision p cess is not applicable and platting o <br />is required.
