From the pipe outlet to south of the UPA driveway, the ditch is proposed to be <br />relocated to the lot line between Earl Hohlen's and UPA's property. The ditch will <br />also be slightly deeper and have flatter side slopes established. <br />5. The existing culvert under the UPA driveway is too high. It is proposed to be <br />removed and lowered approximately 5-6 feet.
