IS THERE ANY OF US WHO WOULD WILLINGLY <br />RISh SAFETY IN FAVOR OF A SPOT ZONE DEVELOPMENT THAT IS`OF NO <br />BENEFIT TO THE COMMUNITY. <br />t~'E HAVE WEIGHED THE IMPACT OF THIS REQUEST FROM ALL <br />CONSIDERATIONS TO THE COMMUNITY. WE CAN FIND NO REASON TO <br />CHANGE THE ZONING OF OUTLOT .."A" FROM RESIDENTIAL TO <br />COMMERCIAL. IT IS NOT NEEDED; IT IS NOT NECESSARY; IT <br />PROVIDES NO BENEFIT TO THE COMMUNITY; IT DOES NOT POSITIVELY <br />ENHANCE THE IMAGE OF ELK RIVER---BUT IT DOES HAVE A DEFINATE <br />NEGATIVE IMPACT. <br />THIS REQUEST BEFORE THE CITY. COUNCIL MUST BE DENIED WITH THE <br />INSISTANCE THAT THIS OUTLOT "A" BE DEVELOPED RESIDENTIALLY AS <br />PLANNED. <br />PLEASE REVIEtd THE ATTACHED LIST Off' REASONS WHY OUTLOT "A" <br />SHOULD REMAIN RESIDENTIAL. <br /> ~. <br /> <br />
