Ach, City Planner -~F~ <br />May 15, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: Certificate of Correction to Plat - <br />Meadowvale Heights <br />Request <br />Consider a request by Loucks and Associates, Inc. fora Certificate of <br />Correction to Plat within the Meadowvale Heights Addition. <br />Attachments <br />• Certificate of Correction to Plat <br />Overview <br />Surveyors working on the Meadowvale Heights Addition recently discovered <br />some inaccurate bearings and distances on Outlot C of Meadowvale Heights. <br />The specific location of these inaccuracies is along the Burlington Northern <br />Railroad tracks at the extreme south end of Meadowvale Heights Addition. <br />Apparently the original field location of the Burlington Northern Railroad <br />tracks was done inaccurately; therefore, establishing the inaccurate bearings <br />and distances. <br />Attached is a Certificate of Correction to Plat from Paul McGinley of Loucks <br />and Associates, Inc. describing the corrections which need to be made, <br />establishing the accurate bearing and distances on Outlot C of Meadowvale <br />Heights. This Correction to Plat will have no impact on Meadowvale Heights <br />1st Addition, nor the 2nd Addition which is currently under construction. <br />Recommendation <br />It is recommended the City Council approve the Certificate of Correction to <br />Plat for Meadowvale Heights as described in the attached document. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
