Where the City has approved future expansion of the <br />ap rking lot. <br />3. Where installing concrete curb and gutter presents a <br />hardship due to the uniqueness of the business or other conditions. <br />d. Curbing shall be required around islands in pavement. <br />e. Curb cuts and ramps for the handicapped shall be installed as <br />required by Minnesota State Building Code. <br />• ~ 11.E-- Liahtin~ Lighting shall be directed away from the public right-of-way and <br />nearby or adjacent residential or agricultural conservation districts. <br />Parking lots shall be lighted to a minimum level of t";cc ;d) one (1) foot <br />candle. <br />12.AV.
