• <br />14. Off Street Loading and Overhead Doors <br />a. Location -All required loading or unloading into or out of railroad <br />cars or trucks in excess of 3/4 ton capacityshall be conducted at facilities <br />specifically designed or designated for that purpose These facilities shall <br />be located upon the lot of the principal use for which thev are required <br />b Access -Each required off-street loading berth and overhead doors <br />shall be so designed as to avoid interference with other vehicular, <br />pedestrian or rail access or use of public streets all~s, or other public <br />transport systems.
