Since then, <br />a fee in the amount of $123.60 per urban residential lot has been <br />established. According to the developer's agreement for the first addition, <br />the second addition is subject to conditions as imposed by the City <br />Council. Therefore, a condition has been included in the attached <br />resolution for the City Council to consider requiring the payment of a <br />surface water management fee in the amount of $123.60 per lot. Based on <br />the 53 lots in the second addition, the surface water management impact <br />fee would be $7,292.40. <br />Recommendation <br />It is recommended the City Council approve Resolution 95- ,granting <br />final plat approval for Meadowvale Heights 2nd Addition by Dennis Backus <br />with the conditions outlined in the attached resolution. <br />• <br />• <br />s:council:p94-11 <br />
