Letter addressed to Mr. Gongoll <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Phoenix Enterprises, LLC, is proposing to construct an approximate 24,000 <br />square foot commercial center on Lot 2, Block 1 Hillside Crossing South. In <br />.addition, the parking and driveway area, as proposed, would be paved up to <br />the property line and allow traffic to access additional sites without leaving <br />one site. to enter another. In order to accommodate this type of development,. <br />a conditional use permit for a zero lot line development is required.
