The
remainder of the property was platted as Outlots A&B which would be subject to final plat approval
as they were developed. The final plat is being requested to divide Outlot B of River Park into four
Outlots (A, B, C & D).
The purpose of the final plat is to separate the ownership of the subject property between the Miske
family and the Lennar Corporation.
The proposed Outlots will maintain the existing proposed vehicular circulation established on the
site through the preliminary plat. The proposed subdivision does not prevent the development of
the future River Park. It is being recommended that a 20-foot wide road to the lift station that was
constructed as part of River Park 1"Addition.
The final plat request is consistent with the intent of the preliminary plat.
Applicable Regulations
Subdivision
S:\PLANNING\Case Files\Plat\P 07-13 River Park 2nd\P 07-13_CC.doc
