Financial Impact <br />There is no financial impact fox the City. U'SAgain offers full service and assumes complete responsibility <br />fox their bins. They provide the bins, liability insurance, all maintenance and cleaning of the bins, and 24 <br />hour service as necessary at no cost to their client (in this case, the City). The City merely needs to choose <br />the locations fox the bins. U'SAgain will supply as many bins as requested and is willing to paint the bins <br />to a requested color. U'SAgain will also pay "the proprietor" (the City) x.02 per pound fox all items <br />collected in the bins.
