Section3. Section 30-1312. titled "Accessory structure setbacks," of the City of Elk River Code of <br />Ordinances shall be amended as follows: <br />Sec. 30-1312. An accessory structure shall not be <br />allowed in front yard. <br />Only one (1) accessory structure shall be allowed. <br />Accessory structures not to exceed 20% of the maximum lot coverage of the principal <br />structure. <br />Section 4.
