<br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Lori Johnson <br />PROM: Scott Clark, Community Development Directs <br />DATE: November 5, 2007 <br />SUBJECT: Resignation l <br />~~~ <br />This memo shall serve as my required notice of resignation as the City's Community <br />Development Director, effective December 7, 2007. I have elected to take a similar position <br />with the Citp of Columbia Heights, a first ring Minneapolis suburb, and will be working <br />primarily on community reinvestment issues.
