Council requested staff research
what options the city has related to drug paraphernalia, more stringent restrictions on tobacco shops for
tobacco sampling, the Freedom to Breath Act, and zoning issues. This request is taking more time than
anticipated and staff is requesting an extension of the moratorium in order to complete this process.
Attachments
^ Resolution
Action Motion 6y _ Second by _ Vote
Follow Up
S:\Council\Clerk\Tobacco\2007\hAorarorium Fxtension.doc
