Duitsman, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 95- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF 1995 FEDERAL ISTEA GRANT <br />APPLICATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City pledges twenty-five percent (25%) of the proposed <br />ISTEA project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the total cost of the project is $277,500; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City commits City staff and equipment to this project to <br />do clearing and grubbing operations and restorations and <br />seeding operations entirely, at an estimated value of $52,000; <br />and <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City commits the City Street and Park Superintendent as <br />project manager. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City pledges a spirit of <br />cooperation and support to the proposed ISTEA Project in the <br />amount of $69,375.00. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 16th day of January, <br />1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Sandra A.
