ALL COMMENTS FROM SHERBURNE COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS <br />MEMO DATED SEPTEMBER 12, 2007, AND MAY 24, 2007, SHALL BE <br />ADDRESSED. <br />2. THE DEVELOPMENT SHALL MEET ALL APPLICABLE FIRE CODES. <br />IN ADDITION TO THE EASEMENTS SHOWN ON THE PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT, THE FOLLOWING EASEMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED: <br />A. A IS-FOOT TRAIL EASEMENT ALONG THE ENTIRE LENGTH <br />OF PROCTOR AS IT ADJOINS THE SUBJECT PLAT. <br />B. A SHARED DRIVEWAY EASEMENT. <br />3. PARK DEDICATION SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE FOLLOWING <br />MANNER: <br />A. IN THE FORM OF CASH FOR 1 LOT AT THE RATE <br />APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF FINAL PLAT, 2007 RATE IS <br />$3,300.00. <br />4. TOWING) FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br />TO ALLOW ACCESSORY STRUCTURES IN I-2 ZONING DISTRICTS, CASE NO. <br />OA 07-12 AS OUTLINED IN EXHIBIT A WITH THE CHANGE AS NOTED <br />ABOVE AND FOR STAFF TO LOOK AT ACCESSORY STRUCTURES IN OTHER <br />PARTS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
