WARRANTY DEED <br />STATE DEED TAX DUE HEREON: 9 <br />Date: ~ .m~_, ~~t~ , 2007 <br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Scott Smieja and Came Smieja, husband and wife, <br />Grantor(s), hereby conveys and warrants to the City of Elk River, a Governmental Subdivision of the <br />State of Minnesota, Grantee, real property in Sherburne County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />That pan of the East 495 feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 33, Range <br />26, Sherburne County, Minnesota, lying South of a line described as: Beginning at a point on <br />the East line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 2393.75 feet south of the Northeast <br />corner of said Northwest Quarter, [hence west at right angles for 495 feet and there <br />terminating. EXCEPTING THEREFROM al] that pan thereof lying within the following <br />described tract to-wit: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Northwest Quarter a <br />distance of 2200 feet south of the Northeast corner [hereof; thence west at right angles for <br />174.5 feet; thence south parallel with said East line for 250 feet; thence east at right angles for <br />174.5 feet; thence north along said East line for 250 fee[ to the point of beginning. <br />Subject to that part taken for Tyler Street N.W. over and across the East 33 feet of said <br />Northwest Quarter.
