This <br />will provide a convenient access for customers either biking or <br />walking from the residential area to the south to the <br />convenience center. <br /> <br />D. Refuse Collection <br /> <br />1. Each of the three trash enclosures proposed behind the <br />convenience center shall be screen with an enclosure <br />comprising of masonry materials that will complement those <br />included on the principal building. <br /> <br />2. Each of the enclosures shall be large enough to accommodate <br />the collection of recyclable materials. <br /> <br />~". <br />. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The trash enclosure shall be incorporated into the landscape <br />plan to maximize the screening from Business Center Drive. <br /> <br />E.
