In response, we offer the following comment: <br /> <br />The Business Center Drive appears to encroach on T. H. 10 right of way. We <br />do not advocate this type of encroachment. We would need to have justification <br />why the service road could not be located farther from T.H. 10 before con- <br />curring with this proposal. It would also be beneficial to see what the <br />plans are for the extension of this service road beyond this plat. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
