Because this property falls within the Shoreland Management Classification areas, a septic <br />compliance inspection will be required with any Building Permit application. A Septic <br />Compliance Certification is good for 3 years, so if one was done in the past 3 years that <br />would be acceptable. <br /> <br />2. A minimum distance of 20 ft. is required between the septic drainfield and this proposed <br />structure. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding these comments, please contact me. <br />
