The structures meet necessary building and fire codes, <br />2. The structures shall be removed by December 31, 2010, or an extension granted by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />Summary <br />The City of Elk River is requesting an Interim Use Permit (IUP) to utilize two temporary office trailers at <br />the public works facility, one for public works, and the other for parks. The trailers would be no larger <br />than 12 x 44 and provide offices for two people, plus meeting space. The trailers would allow the City to <br />complete its analyses of its space needs for the public works department. The IUP, if approved would <br />allow the trailers for three years, or until December 31, 2010. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Discussion <br />The Planning Commission had no concerns with the proposal, other than to make sure that the <br />conditions were consistent with other requests made by private interests. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />No comments were received for or against the request. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />.
