City policy has been to require park dedication on only platted <br />parcels, not outlots. For the platted 18.99 acres, the park dedication would be the fair market value of <br />1.899 acres. Using a value of 50,000 for estimation purposes, the fair market value would be $94,950. <br />Park and Recreation staff and the property owner are working an agreement that would provide for the <br />improvement of land and the ability to share the land.
