Provided satisfactory performance, Mr. Schipper would be eligible for any cost <br />of living adjustment approved fox non-union employees on January 1, 2008 and a step increase July 1, <br />2008. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The Community Service Officer I position became available when former CSO, Andrew Zabee, was <br />hired as a Police Officer. We received nine applications for this position and are recommending the <br />hiring of Michael Schipper.
