<br /> <br />INFORMATION <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Jessica Miller, Executive Secretary/Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />DATE: August 21, 2007 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Homecoming Parade <br /> <br />As you know, this year's homecoming parade is Friday, September 14 at 5:30 p.m. <br />Participants are asked to arrive at the Elk River Movie Theater by 4:45 p.m. the day of the <br />parade to receive their line up number. <br /> <br />The parade route will go South out of the parking lot onto Freeport Ave, West onto 4'" <br />Stteet, North on Irving Street, West onto School Street, to finish in the VandenBerge Middle <br />School Parking lot. <br />
