The plat had <br />numerous Oudots that would be subject to [mal plat approval as they were developed. This <br />proposal is one of those Oudots. The final plat is!being requested to construct a retail space that <br />will be attached to the north end of Home Depot. <br /> <br />The proposed lot will be within the existing vehic$lar circulation established on the site.
