Dear Mayor:

In regards to the "for the discussion purposes only" 20 year Vision for ER.

My husband and I live at . Thank you for your Vision that has
completely crushed our vision. We're more than concerned we are MAD.
The following are our concerns.

. What has your vision done to the market value of our homes along Jackson?
What is the percentage of homes in the area that are already vacant or for sale?
Has there been any regard for the residence in this area?

. Who is benefiting from this vision? It is surely not the homeowners?
What is the benefit to the developers? And to the City?
Who is paying for all these changes?
Who pays for the relocation ofthe Fire Department and other businesses?
What happen to the historic vision that was to be kept in our town?

. With the crime and activity already a concern in Lion's Park what is the increased
housing going to bring?

. How will the increased housing effect the schools?

. There has already been a concern with the traffic level on Jackson, what will this
do to the traffic level and safety of the people who live on Jackson?

I have heard that the board's definition to our homes is an "eyesore" is there any
regard at all to the owner's of these homes. With all the for sale and lease signs is
there any hope for us as residence to get fair market value for our homes, or even
Be able to sell if we choose to do so.

Concerned Homeowners
Linda and Jim Sklenicka
