LiStL c'I1WCY

1. Will there be new street paving and sidewalks or a walking path installed on Morton
A venue, and if so where and at whose expense?

2. This is a flood zone and quite a bit of the proposed walking path would be under water
every spring unless it was filled. How would this be affected by the DNR? Also can any
structures be built in a flood zone?

3. Why not take the walking path the other direction towards Anoka where there is little or
no private housing on or near the river. This would include Babcock Park and end at the
Kelly Farm both of which are existing points of interest.

4. What consideration has been given to parking for the walking trails and park?

5. What would the park be used for (ball fields, picnics, tennis courts, etc.)?

6. What would be the hours of park usage?
