What is in the 'idea concept' to be incorporate into the redevelopment? <br />4. How do residents & businesses go about being heard? <br />5. How do residents & businesses go about apposing redevelopment? <br />6. How do residents & businesses have the apposed redevelopment inacted? (How <br />can residents & businesses be assured that the apposed redevelopment are <br />followed?) <br />7. Are apposals / rejections of redevelopment accepted and followed? <br />8. How does the house/property assessor playa roll in this redevelopment? <br />9. How is this redevelopment going to be paid for? <br />a. 'What percentage (%) & dollar ($) amount comes from the various sources? <br />(state, bonds w/bond referendum, tax payers) <br />10. What ifbond referendum does not go through? <br />11. In the JYIarch 12, 2007 City Council minutes there is talk of expanding the <br />project "west" of downtown. <br />a. vVhat are the details on that? <br />b. If you do not have details now, what is the anticipated/projected changes? <br />This was noted in the March 12, 2007 City Council minutes so there are <br />ideas. vVhat are those ideas? <br />12. Hoy'! can the City get by with fliers that state "SILENCE WILL BE <br />INTERPRETED AS APPROVAL" when this is not indicated in the mailing <br />that I received from the City? Isn't that a form of false advertising? <br />
