<br />Sidewalk extensions to 193rd - Property Contacts and Concerns

<br />1 - 11416 193rd Ave - Hearthstone Builders, Dan Rochell Called and left 3 messages,
<br />stopped at "model home" , sent letter, have not had any response
<br />
<br />2. - 19295 Dodge St, - Antoinette Dalbec, sent letter, met with her at her home
<br />Concerns: loss of parking, snow removal, driveway slope, would like to possibly
<br />replace entire driveway.
<br />
<br />3 - 192279 Dodge St - Thomas & Michelle Kotels, Sent letter, met with them at their
<br />home
<br />Concerns: Damage to vehicles parked on Dodge during construction, snow
<br />removal, irrigation repairs be reimburse, no cost to them for construction, sod be used for
<br />restoration

<br />4 - 19265 Dodge St. - Duane Peterson (possibly a new owner now) Sent letter, house
<br />had for sale sign in June, no forsale sign there now, stopped and left a business card on
<br />door and asked for a call back, have not heard back.

<br />5 - 19332 Baldwin St. - Curtis Hinkle Sent Letter, met with him onsite, correspondence
<br />by email

<br />Concerns: Snow removal, irrigation system repairs be reimbursed, mailbox
<br />placement / moving to other side of street, be informed on schedule

<br />Concerns: does not want mailbox moved to other side of street, ok with tree
<br />removal, would like to save bush, , snow removal, Irrigation system repair be reimbursed,
<br />no cost charged to them for the work

<br />9 - Aaron & Anna- Marie Rasmus, Sent Letter, met with, deleted from consideration at
<br />this time due to future work on 193rd Ave

<br />10 & 11 - 19296 & 1929X Xaiver St - Phoenix Enterprises, Sent Letter, met with, no
<br />concerns

<br />Also met with 19317 Baldwin and asked about mailbox relocation to their front yard,
<br />they were ok with that, I said we would try to locate on property line by utility boxes
