<br />RESOLUTION 07-_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Elk River Police Department enter into a grant agreement <br />with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for <br />the project titled SAFE & SOBER COMMUNITIES during the period from <br />October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. <br /> <br />Chief Jeffrey Beahen is hereby authorized to execute such agreements and <br />amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Elk <br />River Police Department and to be the fiscal agent administering the grant. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 6th day of August 2007. <br /> <br />Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />
