The <br />YMCA will, among other features, include gymnasium space for use by City residents. All other features <br />will be available to patrons based on a membership system. <br /> <br />Applicable Relulations <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />The issuance of a Conditional Use Permit can be ordered only if the use at the proposed location: <br /> <br />,.
