River Park-Site Plan Review changing product type <br />The Fire Department has no concerns. <br /> <br />2. Waste Management - Conditional Use Permit for building addition <br />The Fire Department requests that Waste Management meet with Fire Marshal Cliff <br />Anderson on any International Fire Code related questions. <br /> <br />3. Aggregate Industries - Conditional Use Permit for building addition <br />The Fire Department requests that Aggregate Industries meet with Fire Marshal Cliff <br />Anderson on any International Fire Code related questions. <br /> <br />4. Elk River Utilities - Conditional Use Permit for accessory structure <br />The Fire Department has no concerns. <br /> <br />5. Conoco Station 169 IMain - General Planning Permit for seasonal sales <br />The Fire Department has no concerns. <br /> <br />6. Snap Fitness - Conditional Use Permit <br />The Elk River Fire Department requests Snap Fitness representatives meet with Fire <br />Marshal Cliff Anderson to address any and all locking devices for this security card <br />accessed facility. Snap Fitness representatives shall also discuss additional fire <br />extinguisher locations as necessary and any other International Fire Code related <br />issues with the addition of Snap Fitness to the Landmark Plaza. <br /> <br />7.
