The City allows "Private Recreational <br />Facilities" as an accessory use; however, your proposed use does not fit within that category. <br />Because of this, Staff is unable to process and issue the permit. . <br /> <br />However, in 2002, a similar use successfully argued for an interim use based on a vocational, <br />technical, or trade schooL Please npte that Staff does not support this use as a vocational <br />school and that the majority of the Council has changed, and similar approval is not <br />guaranteed.
