TSP I Eos Architecture reviewed the CODStn1cticm <br />at tho libmry aDd gCDoru.tod a "pUDch list" CUWD.OJUting the <br />miscellaneous items which need to be colTeCted. We found the project to <br />be substantially complete and the board has CODcUlT8d with our <br />dctcnDmaticm, therefore we will prooocd to issue the certificate of <br />SlIbstantial completion dated November the 1st. This corresponds with <br />the contractom required date of substantial oompletion of October the <br />31st. This is the date which establishes the beginning ofwornmty <br />periods for equipment. <br /> <br />The library is rurmiD&' under its new arrangement with. only minor items <br />to be COlTeCted. The contractor has indicated his intent to have all the <br />-punch list" items completed by the end of the month. The only itBm <br />which will need to be completed in the spring is the complete charging of <br />the air conditioning compressor. This is aD acceptable schedule to us. <br /> <br />In regard. to the funding VB. actual conatl"uction costs the attached <br />summary indicates the estimated amounts by line item VI. the actual <br />cost.
