Call Meeting To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council was called <br />to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Klinzing. <br /> <br />2. Consider Council Agenda <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER FARBER AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER ZERWAS TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. REQUEST TO CONDUCT EXCLUDED BINGO AT THE SHERBURNE <br />COUNTY FAIR - SHERBURNE COUNTY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY <br />3.5.
