Consider on Administrative Subdivision Reauest bv Timothv Scheel/P.H./Case No. <br />AS 94-09 <br /> <br />Councilmember Scheel stepped down from the dais and took a seat in the audience far <br />this issue. <br /> <br />Planning Intern Troy Langer stated that Timothy Scheel is requesting on <br />administrative subdivision to provide a 40 acre parcel into three lots. He <br />indicated that the original request was to divide the property into two lots. <br />however. Mr. Scheel has proposed some revisions to the administrative <br />subdivision. Troy Langer indicated that the new proposal subdivides the property <br />
