P 94-8 <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />ISSUE <br /> <br />Consider Resolution No. 94- <br />Crossing 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />, granting final plat approval of Country <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />LOCATION <br /> <br />Northwest corner of County Road No. 30 and Joplin Street. <br /> <br />ZONINGILAND USE <br /> <br />R1c (Single Family Residential) and PUD (Planned Unit Development)/MR <br />(Medium Density Residential). <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 94-_, Final Plat. <br /> <br />OVERVIEW <br /> <br />The final plat for Country Crossing 2nd Addition has been prepared in <br />accordance with a majority of the conditions as approved as part of the <br />preliminary plat by the City Council on July 18, 1994. However, there are <br />three issues which should be highlighted: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. Immediately north of the proposed single family lots within Outlot B, <br />there is a drainage and utility easement which covers the storm drainage <br />pond that is currently under construction.
