The City is holding <br />retainage of $85,655.93 on this project. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />PAY ESTIMATE #1 - 1994 WESTERN AREA IMPROVEMENTS PHASE <br />II <br /> <br />The second attachment is a copy of Pay Estimate #1 to Barbarossa & Sons, <br />Inc., in the amount of $291,664.25. This contract for street and utility <br />improvements totals $1,505,178.07. The City is holding retainage of <br />$15,350.75. <br /> <br />PAY ESTIMATE #6 - WASTEWATER TREATMENT INTERIM <br />EXPANSION <br /> <br />A copy of Pay Estimate #6 to Gridor Construction, Inc., in the amount of <br />$265,297.00 is attached. This check will not be released in its entirety until <br />test results on components of the trickling filter are received. If the results <br />are not received and approved by MSA Consulting Engineers by the end of <br />next week, this check will be voided and a new one issued for $131,297.00. <br />The remaining $134,000.00 would be released after approval by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />PAY ESTIMATE #6 - LIBRARY EXPANSION <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Also attached is Pay Estimate #6 in the amount of $78,214.00 to Rue <br />Contractors, Inc., for work completed on the Library. As you know, this <br />project is very close to completion. It is expected that the remaining <br />$21,807.00 still due on this project will be requested in the near future. <br /> <br />P.O.
