It is the City's intention to achieve a <br />uniform land use of Light Industrial over the entire Business Park zoning <br />district. This particular request involves a small portion of property east of <br />Waco Street which has an underlying land use of Highway Business. Only <br />the property located east of Waco Street is being considered to be changed to <br />Light Industrial. The change to Light Industrial will better reflect the <br />intended use of the property (light manufacturing, office, limited commercial) <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O. Box 490.
