ACH, CITY PLANNE~~ <br />DECEMBER 19, 1994 <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BY <br />DOVOLIS JOHNSON AND RUGGIERI, <br />INC., PUBLIC HEARING/CASE NO. <br />CU 94-34 <br /> <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />Dovolis Johnson and Ruggieri, Inc. is requesting a conditional use permit for <br />site plan review of a Class II restaurant with a drive-thru in Elk Park Center <br />Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />LOCATION <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 4, Elk Park Center (first lot north of the water tower along the <br />east side of Freeport Avenue). <br /> <br />ZONINGILAND USE <br /> <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)/HB (Highway Business). <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Revised development plans, report to the Planning Commission dated <br />November 22, 1994. <br /> <br />OVERVIEW <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Dovolis Johnson and Ruggieri are the architects hired by Taco Bell to <br />complete the plans and specifications for City approval. The proposed Taco <br />Bell is approximately 2,000 square feet in area and will have a drive-through <br />window. The restaurant will have approximately 700 square feet of sit-down <br />dining area.
