ACH, CITY PLANNER.~ <br />DECEMBER 19, 1994 <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: COUNTRY RIDGE PARTNERSHIP'S <br />LAND USE PLAN AMENDMENT AND <br />REZONING APPLICATION <br /> <br />At the November 21, 1994, City Council meeting, the Council was asked to <br />consider some concept plans for Country Ridge Partnership's property at the <br />southwest corner of Joplin and Highway 10. The concept plans included: <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. Approximately 7 acres at the southwest corner of Joplin and Highway 10 <br />to be utilized as commercial under the Business Park standards. <br /> <br />. A frontage road extending west from Joplin at a distance of approximately <br />300-400 feet south of Highway 10. <br /> <br />. Restricting road access and frontage onto 183rd Avenue to provide an <br />adequate buffer between the Business Park and residential to the south <br />and southwest. <br /> <br />With the Council concurring with this concept plan, Country Ridge <br />Partnership has agreed to withdraw their application to amend the Land Use <br />Plan to HB (Highway Business) and rezone to C3 (Highway Commercial). <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />council:lua94-8 <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
