This uniform allowance was deleted from the <br />1995 budget. If this $.17 per hour is approved, then we would adjust the pay <br />ranges for these employees and finance this expenditure with City Council <br />Contingency funds. The Senior Citizen Coordinator should be included in <br />this change as her wages are tied directly to some of our clerical staff. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />At the last meeting, Councilmember Holmgren offered some history on how <br />and why this uniform allowance came into existence, so there is no need to <br />repeat that information in this memo.
