<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CaMP WORTH MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />September 27, 1994 <br /> <br />Members Present: Tom Zerwas, Sandy Thackeray, Lori Johnson, Phil Hals <br /> <br />The committee reviewed the employee list for those employees that have not <br />submitted a Job Analysis Questionnaires or a Position Profile. The following <br />decisions were made: <br /> <br />· Phil Hals will complete Laborer Position Profile. <br />· Steve Ach will be given the Planning Director Position Profile to complete <br />· Administrative Support Questionnaires will be given to Cathy Schmidt, <br />Alice Heinecke, and Geryl Rogers for completion <br />· The Committee will meet with Steve Rohlf on 10/5 at 9:00 a.m. to review <br />Position Profiles for Building Inspector and Building Official <br />· Police Officer Position Profile will not be changed by committee as it <br />accurately reflects the duties of police officers <br />· The City Clerk will not complete a Position Profile as the existing Position <br />Profile accurately reflects position except for a very few changes <br /> <br />It was further decided that Sandy Thackeray would order the necessary <br />Questionnaires and submit all completed Questionnaires and Position <br />Profiles to PDI. <br /> <br />11~lili!~;ril;;Wtit#~;;;$;i?;itiq#!t~;I' <br /> <br />Sandra Thackeray <br /> <br />Next Meeting Date: October 5, 1994, at 9:00 a.m. - meet with Steve <br />Rohlf to review Building Official and Building Inspector Position <br />Profiles. <br />
