<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CaMP WORTH MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />June 21, 1994 <br /> <br />Members Present: Tom Zerwas, Sandy Thackeray, Lori Johnson, Phil Hals <br /> <br />It was decided that the position profiles would be reviewed by department <br />heads. Following this review, each department head would meet with the <br />committee to discuss the position profile revisions. <br /> <br />The following decisions were made: <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf to complete administrative and technical questionnaires <br />Sue Kapla to complete administrative support and technical questionnaires <br />Mike Donais to complete a technical questionnaire <br />Darrell Mack to complete Public Works questionnaire <br />(Sandy to order these booklets.) <br /> <br />The committee will review the Liquor Store following return of the necessary <br />information. Fritz will be given Retail Cashier; Retail Clerk; and Liquor <br />Facility Manager position profiles. Mike Donais will be given an <br />administrative support questionnaire to complete. This must be sent to PDI <br />for evaluation. When it is returned the committee will meet with Fritz to <br />review position profiles for the liquor store employees. <br /> <br />The committee will review the Street Department position profiles as Phil <br />Hals completes them. Phil indicated he would start on them this week and <br />try to have a couple for the committee to review on 6/28.
